Deb graduated from the University of Ottawa with a major in Criminology in 1996 and commenced her paralegal career in 1997. In 2008, Deb became a licensed paralegal with the Law Society of Upper Canada. Deb has conducted many trials in both the Provincial Offences Court and Smalls Claims Court. With a vast knowledge of the court system, she will be able to assist you whether your matter is simple or complex and prides herself in providing timely, efficient and economical services to her clients.
Deb is constantly continuing her education and recently completed the training for a family mediator. Deb will be a fully accredited mediator with the Ontario Association of Family Mediators in mid-2018. Deb offers family mediation, both privately and for the Superior Court of Justice - Family Court, specializing in parenting issues.
Deb loves working and living in Muskoka. Originally born in England, she has been a local Muskoka girl since the age of 13. Travel is a much enjoyed pastime, especially during the cold Muskoka winters. She is a member of a local triathlon group which keeps her busy outside during the summer months and indoors training during the winter.
